Prior to joining Golbon, Scott previously led the eBusiness division of Blue Cross of Idaho managing multiple development teams providing web and mobile solutions to its partners. Prior to Blue Cross, Scott held management positions at BenefitMall, Vizient, Inc., and Infinity Insurance.
