FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All spouse and companion guests over the age of 18 are invited to attend.

Bio forms must be completed before November 18, 2022.

Each winner will need to have a biography form filled out by their manager or themselves. If we do not receive a bio form, the attendee will not receive an award.

Transportation will be provided to and from the airport on main arrival/departure days January 20th and January 23, and for all arranged activities.

You must book flights before November 18, 2022.

Roundtrip coach airfare will be paid for the winner and their attendee. Flights will be made through Ovation World Travel for dates January 20 – 23, 2022. Please contact Ovation and book your flight as soon as possible.

**Flight upgrades and extended stay flight costs outside of the event dates are the financial responsibility of the attendee.

Please download our Golbon Go! app from the app store or Google Play. This will have the agenda and important information in it.

Most to all events are casual attire. Our awards dinner will be cocktail/business attire.
The Golbon Special Events Team will be in communication with all attendees after registration ends, October 19, 2022.

Activity choices will be collected during registration.

PROGRAM RULES

  1. Registration can be cancelled before October 19, however after October 19 registration points are non-refundable. Names can be transferred if registered attendees are unable to attend. Additional airline change fees might apply and are the attendees financial responsibility.
  2. Trip packages must be accepted as presented; no offsets or other considerations for adjustments to the package.
  3. Distributor trips are earned with points. To see how many points are required, and how many you have earned, please login to Golbon Members Only.
  4. Golbon will not be liable for any and all claims arising from accidental harm, injury, or death to a person or persons, or for damaged or lost possessions, while attending Golbon Destinations Incentive Trips. The liability form that will be provided must be signed and returned for each attendee prior to airline ticketing.
  5. General registration form must be received by Golbon and airline ticketing must be completed no later than the published deadline to avoid a minimum surcharge of $125 per attendee.
  6. Accommodations are booked for a maximum of double occupancy each room. Third guest in room incurs charge of $150 per night.
  7. All tours are pre-arranged and pre-paid by Golbon; any changes made onsite to pre-selected recreation will result in a charge of $150 per change.
