This policy hereby grants Golbon permission to use the photos uploaded to this website (golbon.com) in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all of Golbon’s printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any photos I upload will become property of Golbon will not be returned.

I acknowledge these photos do not belong to any other party and that my participation with Golbon is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation in exchange for the release granted hereunder.

I hereby irrevocably authorize Golbon to edit, alter, exhibit, publish or distribute the photos for purposes of publicizing Golbon’s programs or for any other related, lawful purposes. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product including written or electronic copy. Additionally, I waive the right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photos.

I hereby irrevocably release Golbon from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
